As a Sales Lead at Orangetheory Fitness, you are that leader. You'll set the pace, motivate the team, and ensure that every member and prospective member feels the energy, excitement, and support that defines our community. • Lead from the Front: Set the tone for an energized, welcoming studio environment.
• Drive Sales: Engage prospective members, give studio tours, and confidently present the Orangetheory experience to turn interest into memberships.
• Be a Membership Expert: Guide new members through their first class, ensure they feel supported, and follow up to help them commit to their goals.
• Support the Team: Assist the Studio Manager in operations, sales performance, and studio success.
• Stay Organized: Ensure the studio is clean, stocked, and ready for every class.
• Grow Our Community: Represent Orangetheory at outreach and marketing events.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
