As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior within PNC’s Customer and Marketing Analytics group, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Wilmington, DE, Tysons, VA, New York City, Houston, TX, Chicago, IL, Birmingham, AL or Washington, DC. This position is primarily located in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other partners to develop and manage audience selection, contact and testing strategies to optimize performance of Direct Marketing account management campaigns/programs for Home Equity and Credit card products
• Work across diverse stakeholder groups to build consensus on strategy implementation and monthly campaign execution
• Create and maintain documentation related to risk management, pricing, data processing, audit controls and process management
• Leverage business and product expertise to rigorously analyze large datasets, improve risk adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions.
• Synthesize analytical results and develop, recommend, and implement business strategies that improve lending decisions, assist in managing risk, increase revenues, targeted marketing, reduce exposure to losses, meet business goals, and improve performance. Establish baselines for strategies and track actual performance to expectations.
• Use data mining skills to develop new expansion strategies and/or new suppression strategies to manage customer experience and profitability
• Analyze gaps, identify new opportunities, and provide recommendations and supporting business cases
• Apply predictive models, third party data, and other tools to develop and execute appropriate segmentation and targeting for portfolio strategies to provide insight into portfolio risk.
• Collaborate with the line of business, Finance, Marketing and Risk partners to assess and establish credit risk appetite and to understand its implications, as well as to establish policies and procedures governing the identification, monitoring, and management of risk appetite.
• Communicate complex observations and recommendations to the stakeholders to build consensus on strategy approval and implementation
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• BS/BA in STEM area and 5+ years of related experience or Master's in STEM area and 3+ years of related experience. Masters in Statistics/Quantitative, Economics, Finance or Math preferred.

• Technical skills: Python, Hadoop (Hive/Impala), SQL, SAS, Tableau, Statistics, Teradata
• Business knowledge: Consumer Lending Products, Credit Card Products, marketing waterfall selection process (preferred)
• Some travel required (1 to 2 times per year, Pittsburgh, PA or Wilmington, DE)
