Main Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the company development strategy in the dedicated Territory
- Management of the subordinate team, recruitment, training, and development
- Supporting the team in achieving sales and quality targets
- Supervision over the distribution of exhibition materials in the subordinate region.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the local market and products.
- Recommending solutions regarding the directions of development of the dedicated area to the Country Head of sales Milwaukee Poland.
- Coordinating cooperation between business areas and departments
- Active Participation in fairs, shows, exhibitions and corporate events.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years’ successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on B2B sales
- Experience in managing the sales teams
- Ideally experience in/knowledge of power tools industry
- Determination to build a career with a forward thinking business
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and able to recognise new business opportunities
- Excellent planning and time management/priorities skills
- Strong IT skills e.g. CRM, SAP, QlickView, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet other tools to analyse prices/sales activity in Internet etc
- English – B2 level (minimum)
- Technical education (an advantage)
