Job Summary

Student will assist administrators with completing duties as assigned. Tasks may include: filing, copying, typing, working with spreadsheets, scanning, and sorting documents. Student will be required to primarily work in excel spreadsheets, creating, duplicating, correcting, data entry, special projects, and other duties as assigned by the administrator. Student must have the ability to review financial information and be able to decipher and identify discrepancies and causes. This is a detail oriented position, students need to have the ability to follow instructions and follow through. This is a security sensitive position and students will be required to maintain confidentiality.

Pay Rate

$15.00/hour

Required Qualifications

- must be a minimum of a second semester sophomore
- must be an accounting or finance major
- proficient in excel and formulas
- proofing spreadsheets and information to locate errors or causes for errors
- knowledge of outlook
- ability to think critically on the job and problem solve as needed
- good academic and disciplinary standing with the University

Work Hours

Approximately 25 hours per week as scheduled, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
