Flex Security Officer – Part-Time

Location:  Cedar Rapids, Iowa & Iowa City, Iowa 

Former military / law enforcement encouraged to apply!!

Rate: $15.50-$19.00/HR

• Weekend availability needed and will be trained at multiple sites.

 Flex Security Officer Objectives:

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support Client staffing requirements during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc. 
• Weekend and Holiday availability needed.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn multiple sites. 
• Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
• Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process,  
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months. 
• Average to above average computer skills needed.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
• Be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Be comfortable completing various duties.
• Basic Security background. 
• Strong Customer Service skills.
