We are currently looking for a Global Innovation Beverage Summer Intern at our Princeton, NJ office.

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025, and run through August 14, 2025.  Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a project relevant to beverage innovation.
  • Support Beverage Technologists in development of product demos for internal promotions.
  • Support activities related to shelf-life studies including sensory panels, collecting, and analysing data.
  • Develop solutions using dsm-firmenich toolboxes for applications such as alcohol reduction and enhancement.
  • Support additional projects by testing and evaluation of internal flavor and ingredient collections.

You Bring

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field and have completed at least two full years of undergraduate study
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Capacity to manage priorities and to complete lab work accurately and efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn from and share learnings with the team.
