Director, Campaign Services

The Director of Campaign Services is a strategic visionary and transformational data leader responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. They possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills, ensuring the accurate setup and timely execution of campaigns while championing the value of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

 This position provides overall leadership for the data selection and quality control process in the campaign tool for all assigned accounts. They spearhead the development and implementation of standard procedures, including rigorous quality control processes, and documentation for individual clients. Moreover, the leader collaborates with executive leadership to develop processes for the campaign execution team and guides the team through changes in the data program.

A detailed explanation of each responsibility is as follows:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and document comprehensive campaign execution specifications for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in the campaign execution process, leading initiatives to drive innovation and optimization.
• Collaborate with team members in the design and implementation of a data warehouse, ensuring usability for campaign selection and data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate and enhance the campaign execution tool in collaboration with team members, leveraging technological advancements and user feedback.
• Perform rigorous quality control steps to ensure accuracy and integrity in campaign setup, meeting deadlines for data delivery to internal and external audiences.
• Develop process flows and documentation to standardize campaign execution procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance issues, implementing corrective actions and process enhancements as needed.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and IT to develop processes for the campaign execution team, guiding the team through changes in the entire data program.

 EDUCATION, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in ETL process design and SQL server.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in database administration preferred.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and/or direct marketing agencies is preferred.
• Passion for documentation and collaboration, with the ability to take control of urgent and demanding issues as they arise.

LOCATION: Remote 

RKD Group is a remote-first company, with our headquarters located in Dallas, TX. This remote position is limited to specific states: Texas, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, Virginia.
