Join Our Team as a Customer Care Representative – Remote Opportunity!

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Hourly Rate: $14.00 - $18.00 (rate is location-specific and determined by local minimum wage requirements)

Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference? MTM Health is looking for Customer Care Representatives to be the welcoming voice and support system for our Members, Clients, and Facilities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of MTM Health. You’ll handle inbound calls, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service. As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities!

What You’ll Need:

• 1 year of call center experience
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong computer and typing skills with excellent navigation abilities
• High-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload; no WiFi air cards)
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
