In our team we have great working spirit and culture – supporting one another to achieve goals and develop further.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>You’ll be powering Card Dispute team</strong></p><p>Nets Card Disputes is one of the leading Dispute units in Europe in handling disputes on credit and debit cards.</p><p>Our goal is to support customers in minimizing losses in connection to third party fraud with payment cards.</p><p>As Card Dispute Officer you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues.  You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll even find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>Handling disputes according to card organization and domestic rules</li><li>Contact to internal and external customers as well as international stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring that we are compliant with card organization and domestic rules</li><li>In contact with banks / cardholders</li></ul><p>You’ll be part of Card Disputes Finland team, handling dispute cases on behalf of banks in the Nordic region.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills, ambition and your personality make you succeed </strong></p><p>Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. Preferably you have experience from the financial sector or the payment card industry and knowledge of international payment cards.</p><p>These skills are “must haves”:</p><ul><li>Finnish language skills  – other Nordic languages is considered benefit.</li><li>Good communication skills (both spoken and written).</li><li>Knowledge of process optimization.</li><li>Knowledge of the International Card Schemes rules and regulations is beneficial.</li></ul><p>As a person you are team player, service-oriented, concerned with customer needs and solution oriented.
