As a QA Lead in a startup environment, you will be hands-on and directly impact product quality from day one. You will lead testing efforts, build automation foundations, and mentor team members while working closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-changing environment.

As a QA Lead in a startup environment, you will be hands-on and directly impact product quality from day one. You will lead testing efforts, build automation foundations, and mentor team members while working closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-changing environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead testing and quality efforts for one or more product areas,
- Define and execute pragmatic test and regression strategies,
- Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up,
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and resolve pipeline failures,
- Identify quality risks early and act quickly to unblock releases,
- Mentor and guide QA team members in testing and automation best practices,
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scope and release readiness.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation,
- Proven experience leading and mentoring QA or cross-functional team members,
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, or similar tools,
- Proficiency in Python or Java,
- Solid understanding of Agile testing practices,
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments,
