Overview
The Senior Manager Sales manages the sales force or the sales stores for a small part of the business, in a part of a mid to large sized country or in a small country and is responsible for the achievement of the sales targets.
The purpose of this position is to strategically develop, organize, implement, monitor and optimize business segments within the North American sales organization. This position requires demonstration of sales and business planning skills, and includes strategy of managing new and existing partners by identifying customer needs and providing solutions through value added services. The role requires engagement with Regional Sales teams, Marketing, and our Sonova Partner Brands, Phonak and Connect Hearing.
What you’ll do:
- Develop strategy and process to identify market development opportunities.
- In collaboration with regional teams and marketing strategy, plan and deploy targeted HCP educational Partner Program.
- Manage field specialists focused in regional business development.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to develop skills, improve performance and address underperforming areas.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to define success and measure growth.
- Establish and drive adherence to department Performance Objectives and forecasting.
- Deploy best practice efficiency methods to highlight value added service of partner programs
- Other duties as assigned

Work Experience
- Minimum eight years in business development, sales or medical device industry. Minimum three years’ experience leading/managing teams.
