Maintenance Supervisor - Indy

In this “hands-on” position the candidate should excel in collaborating with management to effectively supervise a staff of maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility, as well as assist in coordinating all facets of current and future maintenance programs and projects.  

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of maintenance personnel to ensure top operating condition of equipment and systems
• Plan and organize regular and preventative maintenance procedures
• Ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Technology or related field preferred
• Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) experience
• Experience in coating/film technology, drying and winding techniques desired
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organizational, prioritizing, and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with Electrical and Mechanical systems and components in an industrial environment
