- Interpret plans, specifications, and work instructions to complete assigned installations or assemblies.
- Installs plumbing equipment, piping and assemblies.
- Perform skilled tasks related to fabrication, layout, installation, repair, or maintenance of assigned systems and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with general contractors and other trades.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Provide instruction, training, and guidance to trainees or apprentices to promote safe work practices and skill development.
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in an organized, safe, and serviceable condition.
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and applicable codes
- Proficient in trade math.
- Proficient in the safe and proper use of hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of job site safety standards and commitment to following all company safety policies.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and clients.
- Med Gas experience with certification a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
