Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant to Rehab Innovation & Professional Development is responsible for clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Rehab Innovation and Professional Development and managers of associated departments. This role performs a range of duties to provide administrative support to AT Team, ARFAC and Rehab Education Team. The administrative assistant should have superb organization and time management skills. Must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides support to department through various clerical duties

Preparing Onboarding, training, in-service materials

Assist with maintaining the Bethany Children's Store orders and inventory outside of pathways participant working hours

Updating & Maintaining Preventative Maintenance; Tracking for all AT Equipment; Maintaining Consumables and Accessories Inventory; submitting orders, receiving orders; logging loans and returns
20%
DME provider schedule/communication/sending status and follow-up questions
10%
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Experience:
Previous administrative assistant experience preferred; computer skills required.
License/Certification/Credential:
