We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

This role involves setting priorities, creating roadmaps, and supporting execution efforts within businesses. It also includes leading corporate-led projects to deliver quick wins and tangible value.
The position encompasses project leadership, coordination with finance team members and internal partners, and spearheading key finance systems and data initiatives. These efforts align with the Finance Transformation annual plan and aim to improve efficiency, maximize ROI, and achieve cost savings, all while ensuring compliance with PayPal’s global statutory and regulatory standards.

• Drive key business initiatives, including planning, budgeting, prioritization, and execution.
• Design and execute comprehensive transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop actionable implementation plans addressing finance strategy in processes, technology, and talent, while managing dependencies.
• Lead FP&A transformation efforts, including mapping current and future processes and ensuring cohesive integration across finance functions.
• Build business cases for FP&A process improvements and technology solutions, applying a prioritization framework and allocating budgets accordingly.
