Inside Sales Representative - USFHP

The USFHP Direct Marketing Representative supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing direct sales functions for US Family Health Plan. Duties include but are not limited to:  providing direct sales and prospective member education, by answering questions and clarifying plan features, to military beneficiaries regarding US Family Health Plan benefits via inbound telephone and email inquiries.

Preferred qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree - Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field. 
• Telephone sales/marketing or high volume customer service experience.
• Experience with DEERS.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
