Come grow your career with us!</p><p></p><p>The HRBP role at Swift is multifaceted and evolving.</p><p></p><p>You will partner closely with management teams and other stakeholders as applicable (including other HR colleagues) to implement our people strategy and help your client groups achieve their business goals. It requires a strategic mindset with the ability to influence leadership teams and employees and help the organization transform, as well as the ability to focus on more operational HR matters to ensure the day-to-day HR needs of your client groups are met.</p><p></p><p>Globally our HRBP team is represented across the USA, EMEA and APAC regions and we partner with client groups that have leaders and employees located worldwide. As a result, the role presents opportunities for cross-cultural working and learning globally. There are also opportunities to lead or contribute to global HR initiatives to help advance our people strategy which allow for deeper exposure to Swift global OneHR Team &amp; other stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>Our team environment is highly collaborative and supportive. We have each other’s back, learn from each other, and regularly share best practices and experiences to help us continuously improve the support we provide to our client groups and evolve our HRBP operating model.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What to expect</u></b></p><p></p><p>An important part of the role is about empowering our leaders so that they drive high performing teams and enhance the employee experience of their team members. To this end, you will spend time coaching and influencing leaders to demonstrate the Swift leadership principles in their daily work.</p><p></p><p>You will be comfortable using data to provide actionable insights, empower people leaders and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p></p><p>You will contribute to the development and empowerment of leaders who role model Swift’s leadership principles.</p><p></p><p>You will contribute to secure Swift's future by helping develop and execute against workforce plans that identify future skills, foster a diverse and inclusive workforce, and maintain a sustainable cost base.​</p><p></p><p>You will help drive Swift’s success by promoting and fostering a <span>strong performance</span> and learning culture, while <span>continuously enhancing</span> the employee experience.​ This will include varied activities such as Performance Management (i.e. performance review process, talent reviews, poor performance management) or the rolling out of our employee listening strategy and the implementation of actions that improve employee engagement or supporting the adoption of our DEI programmes. </p><p></p><p>You will bring your own experience, ideas and perspectives to help evolve our HRBP operating model and ensure we offer best in class partnership and offerings to our client groups.
