Job Purpose
The Commercial Territory Manager (CTM) is responsible for all dealer & fleet sales, support, education, and marketing of all Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) tires in their assigned territories. The CTM is also responsible for being the “Regional Expert” on all TBR matters as requested by Executive Management or Regional Director at the instruction of the Commercial Director.
Key Accountabilities
- Primarily responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with dealer and fleet customers in the New England territory
- Support customers through the sales and purchase process while handling the administration of – but not limited to: Pricing, Category Tire Orders (TBR), COOP funds & distribution, POP, Advertising, etc.
- Warranty Adjustments, Credits, Trade Show Requests, Special Discount Requests, Product Testing, Signage, and all paperwork follow up required per Hankook policy and procedures
- Required to plan and execute allocation of work time in the field with servicing commercial dealers, dealer sales personnel, and fleet accounts.
- Plan, schedule and participate in special events, expositions, product training, trade shows, dealer or fleet meetings as agree to by management
- Serve as a regional representative for all TBR matters as assigned by management
- Prospect new commercial dealers in collaboration with other Territory Managers and Regional Directors
- Enter performance data for analysis by TBR Marketing
- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years experience in sales, specifically in the tire industry required
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time required
- Experience with Excel and CRM tools required
- Must currently reside in the assigned territory
