  • Target Pipeline Management: Maintain and prioritize a robust pipeline of potential acquisitions and investments; prepare regular updates for leadership on market movements and competitor activity

Deal Execution & Project Management

  • Deal Quarterback: Lead the day-to-day execution of the M&A lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for project timelines, and data room management
  • Diligence Coordination: Manage cross-functional workstreams across Tech, Legal, Brokerage Operations, and Finance to ensure a comprehensive and efficient evaluation
  • Transaction Support: Support the negotiation of NDAs and definitive agreements, focusing on tracking key terms and ensuring alignment with the internal investment thesis
  • Integration Support: Coordinate the transition from deal close to integration, tracking the execution of the integration plan to ensure synergies are realized
  • Post-Close Performance: Develop and track Post-Closing Performance Dashboards to measure realized synergies against the original investment thesis, ensuring our inorganic moves drive measurable ROI

Financial Analysis & Narratives

  • Financial Modeling: Build and own sophisticated financial models, including three-statement projections, DCF, accretion/dilution, and synergy analyses
  • Insight Synthesis: Distill complex financial and operational data into clear, concise briefing memos and slide decks for leadership and the Board
  • "Build-Buy-Partner" Analysis: Perform rigorous financial trade-off analyses to help evaluate whether to build a capability in-house or acquire it

Operational Excellence

  • M&A Toolkit Management: Maintain and improve DriveWealth’s internal M&A playbooks and diligence checklists, incorporating AI tools to speed up data analysis and reporting

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate development, preferably in Financial Services and/or Fintech or equivalent industries
