Sr. Business Process Analyst

**While this role is eligible for remote work, candidates residing in Atlanta must be available to attend the office one day per week**

 

Mission:

 

To drive end-to-end processes for internal controls initiatives including sales data validation, system integrity and other ad hoc projects such as implementation of  product legal return auditing and value-add assessment of system enhancements.

 

Scope:

The Sr. Business Process Analyst reports to the Director of Internal Controls.  This role has no direct reports at this time.  The Sr. Business Process Analyst works cross-functionally with Asset Protection resources, global internal partners, and external counter-parts.

 

Role Expectations:

 

• Lead sales validation scan and test activities, partnering with key accounts and operations for implementation of related tasks to achieve rapid resolution
• Lead the research of discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues leading to inaccurate sales data
• Actively collaborate with colleagues throughout organization to collect information, analyze data, identify issues and weaknesses
• Ensure consistent, effective, and value-add communication with internal and external clients
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize or eliminate sales data errors
• Collaborate with Key Account team and data management (EDI) teams to ensure efficient and accurate article set-up and audit partner article databases
• Lead all tasks related to Legal Returns of beeline product, ensuring minimal exposure for the Company
• Collaborate cross-functionally on implementations of Sales Force and SAP updates, ensuring expected result of implementation is achieved  
• Partner with local and global IT to protect integrity of Company laptops and other technical beeline equipment
• Drive processes to detect gaps in compliance of beeline workforce utilizing SAP S4/Hana and Sales Force data

 

Immediate Critical Outcomes:

 

• Identification of and connection with decision makers, influencers, and champions both internally and externally (First 30 Days)
• Understand Sales Data Validation processes, applicable internal systems, policies and procedures (First 60 days)
• Understanding of existing projects and/or customer pursuits, begin partnering with others in the business to keep these projects/processes on track (First 60 days)

 

Critical Experiences:

 

• Experience working in an environment heavily reliant on cross-functional collaboration amongst multiple departments and levels of an organization
• Experience working in a fast-paced organization where decisions are made in a swift and timely manner
• Demonstrated capability in auditing, problem identification and resolution
• Demonstrated proficiency in effectively analyzing data and clearly communicating insights to  key stakeholders
• Experience supporting business controls software such as Sales Force Field Service and SAP S4/Hana or similar
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
