This position offers great opportunities to demonstrate technical and business leadership, collaborate across teams and to develop a successful career path.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Build and manage a diverse team of Software Engineers</li><li>Mentor software developers in their technical and professional development</li><li>Drive projects while collaborating with PM/Design counterparts and other engineering teams in order to successfully execute on our roadmap and achieve team’s strategic objectives</li><li>Design and implement large scale engineering systems, applications, and features that enable us to deliver great user experiences for customers on desktop and mobile</li><li>Champion data-driven decisions through insights gained from customer feedback, feature usage and competitive analyses</li><li>Establish a positive, inclusive and fun team environment where every employee can do their best. Generate energy, provide clarity and deliver great results through a high performing team.</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field</li><li> Relevant years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers</li><li> Hands-on experience writing code in a Software Engineer or related role</li><li> Track record in developing Web-centric features, frameworks, or services using C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, or similar languages</li></ul><p><strong>  Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with React and/or TypeScript, and good knowledge of CSS</li><li> Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills</li></ul><p> </p><p>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
