Field Management Engagement and Reporting, Vice President: Job Description
The Field Management Engagement and Reporting lead will work closely with the Field Management COO team as well as the Field Leadership Development team in a cross functional role to support initiatives designed to ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit, with a specific focus on streamlining reporting efforts and engaging with leadership across the organization. The candidate should be flexible and highly adaptive to a constantly changing environment. The candidate will be supporting the Field Management Chief of Staff on daily execution of operational functions for Field Management, while also supporting the business initiatives within the Field Leadership Development Programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads all coordinated reporting efforts for the Field Management COO home office organization as well as for the field business, including implementation of streamlined reporting for market and regional performance
- Leads effort on field-facing strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth in a variety of areas
- Analyzes current processes and generates solutions to improve business performance and efficiency across FM COO, the field channel, and within Field Leadership Development
- Leads effort to synthesize content for FM COO and Field Leadership Development into set templates for one-pagers and presentations using company branded guidelines
- Manages databases, spreadsheets, and other software platforms to automate business functions and to track business activities
- Generates presentations and reports related to Field Management COO initiatives and metrics as well as regional and market business metrics
- Supports the monthly management of ongoing reporting including but not limited to department budgets, P&L, occupancy and real estate, and WFO reporting
- Assists the Leadership Development team with strategic content and program design, program management, efficiency reporting, and execution
- Partners with leaders throughout the field to assess ongoing needs across the development programs
- Manages the FM COO rotational analyst(s)
Education and/or Experience:
- 5 or more years of industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
Knowledge/Skills:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify issues and trends to anticipate change and recommend solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow and assignments in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to interact with professionals at all levels across the organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
