About This Role
The Associate Director, Alzheimer’s Care Pathway Execution Lead will be visible leader within the US Marketing Team responsible for establishing innovative site of care initiatives in support of an historic launch in Alzheimer’s Disease. More specifically, this position will focus on designing and implementing well-planned and executable tactics designed to simplify the Alzheimer’s care pathway, drive coordination within multi-disciplinary care teams, and accelerate time to therapy.
This position is responsible for analysis of insights to drive key strategic choices for HCP engagements in support of a critical launch.
What You’ll Do
• Ensure specific care pathway initiatives are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners and advertising agencies
• Lead initiatives through to execution in close collaboration with other key functional partners
• Partner with internal teams to collect and act upon real-time insights and feedback
• Oversee strategic initiatives aimed to drive enhanced care coordination
• Create and deliver educational resources and core claims, ensuring alignment with strategy and complementary to other key audience engagement plans
• Develop materials with consistent pull through of aligned messages – may include visual aids, leave behinds, digital tactics, etc.
• Collaborate closely with alliance partners to prioritize, focus, and gain alignment on the most impactful initiatives to deliver on team objectives
• Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (Promotional Review Committee)
• Manage multiple agency partners including management of associated budgets

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 7+ years pharma or biotech commercial experience; minimum 3+ years pharma/biotech marketing
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and “roll-up your sleeves” culture.
• Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience within Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic, or Device
• Experience working with an alliance partner
• Prior product launch experience
• Field Sales experience a plus
