Sr Marketing Lead - Remote

Tritium Power Solutions is hiring a hands-on marketing lead to run day-to-day marketing execution across North America. This is a builder/operator role focused on campaigns, marketing automation, and sales enablement that directly supports revenue generation.

You will work closely with Sales and Customer teams to ensure marketing activity converts into real commercial outcomes. This role does not manage organic social media but owns nearly all other operational marketing activity. The right candidate can build a Salesforce campaign, launch an email nurture, create customer collateral, support RFPs, and use AI tools to accelerate production.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns supporting hardware, services, and aftermarket
• Build and manage programs in Salesforce Campaigns and/or ActiveCampaign
• Run segmentation, email marketing, and nurture sequences
• Track campaign performance, attribution, and reporting
• Maintain lead routing and lifecycle alignment with sales
• Create and update sales materials (pitch decks, case studies, datasheets, RFP responses)
• Support product launches, webinars, and events
• Design marketing collateral and iterate quickly using AI tools
• Identify engagement gaps and propose corrective campaigns

Qualifications:

• 6–10 years B2B marketing experience (hardware, energy, infrastructure, mobility, or SaaS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Campaigns and/or ActiveCampaign
• Proven ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end
• Experience partnering directly with sales teams
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and reporting
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing speed and output
