About the RoleLyra is looking for a Sr. Care Strategy and Operations Associate to drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Servicing, this person will be responsible for driving complex analytics related to team data and operational workflows, translating this into recommendations, and driving the implementation of changes. They will work closely with the team’s leadership to ensure successful growth and maturation of the Care Navigator Team and drive strategic expansion into new program areas. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver and self-starter with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Mature the existing reporting and analytics capabilities of the team to ensure accurate and streamlined insights are available
- Improve operational workflows to support the efficient scaling of the team and improve team execution
- Anticipate the impact operational changes have on data/reporting and ensure consistency in reporting amidst operational change
- Track team metrics and effectively report out on service delivery to executive audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in TechOps, Product and Lyra Care to execute new processes
- Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new program areas to support Lyra’s growing member base
- Own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience with management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence platforms
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
- Able to distill and communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics
- Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
