These roles present an exciting and challenging opportunity for Agile coaches with 2 to 5 years’ experience to coach Squads and Teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will play a key role in enabling coaching across AIB Technology by joining the AIB Coaching Centre of Expertise working with various squads and teams. You will be part of the agility centre of expertise and a group of agile coaches that ensure our teams are focused on the right priorities to keep our teams focused on delivering customer outcomes. Empowering and supporting teams to adopt Agile values whilst creating a positive environment where self- accountability thrives.</p> <p> </p> <p>The primary responsibility of the role is to support the agility journey of multiple Agile teams, helping them deliver digital software solutions at pace and with high quality.  If you are someone with strong coaching, exceptional communication skills, a growth mindset and have the ability to navigate technical challenges, we want to hear from you.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead and coach, one or more Agile teams’ agile advocates and or agile product owners to deliver the on agile ways of working and flow of work.</li> <li>Role model the behaviours and agile values to empower the teams self-accountability and ownership of software delivery, understanding when it's appropriate to coach.</li> <li>Ensure consistent application of all agile events and take ownership of continuously applying learnings to improve the teams’ outcomes in line with AIBs agility model.</li> <li>Establish deep relationships with Teams, Agile Champions, Agile Product Owners and partners to participate and share knowledge as well as promote best practices in agility.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the demonstration and maturing of agile practice in squads.</li> <li>Identify needs and support teams in finding solutions to issues, such as being predictable, efficient, and focused on delivery of customer value with fast feedback cycles.</li> <li>Understanding and ability to coach/train fundamental Agile principles and techniques.</li> <li>Understand how to use metrics and data to drive improvements, such as cycle time and throughput.</li> <li>Run mini and micro training and workshops for wider groups.</li> <li>Challenge preconceived ideas in order to bring out the best results in our people. Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution to help the team become a high-performance team.</li> <li>Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instil the same in the team(s) you coach.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What you will bring:</p> <p> </p> <ol> <li>Ability to design and implement coaching plans and or agile processes to improve agile maturity process</li> <li>Ability to devise methods and procedures for collecting relevant qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., surveys and questionnaires) in order to develop key performance indicators; uses them to measure and assess the performance of the team and end to end process improvement.</li> <li>Should hold industry recognized agile qualifications (e.g. A-CSM, CSP) , Coaching certification, as evidence of continued professional development (e.g. ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF).</li> <li>Hands on experience in the team as a scrumaster or agile coach is essential.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Life at AIB</p> <p> </p> <p>At AIB, we have a clear purpose - to back our customers to achieve their dreams and ambitions.
