 Schedule:

• Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off.
• 8-hour nights shifts available

• Training is on day shift and transitions to your appointed shift upon completion.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to support critical deadlines, offering a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and earn additional income.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Diagnose equipment issues, execute maintenance plans, and perform repairs.
• Maintain systems across process, packaging, material handling, and storage areas.
• Work with power distribution up to 480V and basic control systems (PLCs, motors, sensors, drives).
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.
• Apply problem-solving skills to enhance equipment safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Review and refine maintenance plans to improve reliability.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to support uptime.
• Maintain and update electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.

 

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2-year technical degree in maintenance related area
• 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing environment
• Food Industry experience is a plus

 

You’re a great fit if you…

• Solid mechanical knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive systems
• Skilled in welding, fabrication, and machining
• Strong electrical expertise: AC/DC circuits, 480V systems, industrial wiring, and NEC standards
• Familiarity with PLCs, hardwired logic, motors, drives, and sensors
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools (e.g., amp meter, megger)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with CMMS and production control systems
• Self-directed with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Committed to continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Comfortable working off-shifts, weekends, and extended hours
• Understanding of automated equipment and industrial control systems
