Job Purpose
Provides administrative support to the Community Engagement team. Manages and processes financial donations and corresponding donor communications. Manages database and provides standardized reporting to support the Community Engagement team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Manages Salesforce database management system for TRM
· Creates, manages, and maintains administrative Standard Operating Procedures related to CE Specialist duties.
· Function as an integral member of the Community Engagement team by initiating ideas, problem solving barriers to productivity and development, etc.
· Processes daily monetary donations and initiates corresponding donor communication.
· Generates financial reports.
· Responds to donor inquiries and requests, both written and by telephone.
· Facilitates small in-house mailings and facilitates bulk mailings as assigned.
· Engages and coordinates with external financial partners, vendors, donors, etc.
· Performs other duties as assigned to support team and ensure an efficient and effective work environment.
Working Conditions
Office environment; needs minimal supervision; some travel; interacts with staff.

Normal business hours with some flexibility.

Requirements
· Skilled working knowledge of Salesforce and donor management system.
· Money handling experience preferred.
· Excellent computer skills, with experience in various software programs.
· Skilled in clear and effective written, verbal, and electronic communication.
· Excellent math skills.
· Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with financial partners, vendors, individuals, communities, etc.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and time effectively and efficiently.
· Detail oriented, highly accurate.
