Technical Project ManagerWhat does a successful Technical Project Manager do?
At Fiserv, a successful Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our security initiatives and projects run smoothly. By possessing extensive knowledge related to the applicable field, this individual will oversee and coordinate multiple teams to ensure security vulnerabilities and compliance requests are efficiently managed and tracked. The ideal candidate thrives in our collaborative culture and demonstrates the ability to drive significant impact within the organization by clearly communicating and executing their strategic vision.
What you will do:
- Coordinate, organize, track, and report on security vulnerabilities requests and create and manage projects to address them.
- Coordinate, organize, track, and report on security and audit compliance requests, creating and managing projects to address these requirements.
- Manage the applications portfolio details in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the security and infrastructure teams in managing service accounts across production technology applications.
- Effectively communicate work requirements, statuses, successes, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Review progress and evaluate results, recommending changes in procedures and processes as necessary.
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience coordinating with multiple teams.
- 2+ years of experience managing security projects.
- 4+ years of experience in information security or project management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Information Security, and/or equivalent military or work experience.
- Good understanding of security vulnerability metrics.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience using ServiceNow for project management.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical project management role.
- 5+ years of experience in tracking and reporting on audit compliance.
- 4+ years of experience coordinating with infrastructure and security teams to manage service accounts.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
