The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Cash Application Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Engaging in the daily processing of open items on bank statements to accurately reflect client money transfers.

• Monitoring and resolving On Account items regularly to maintain financial integrity.

• Conducting monthly Bad Debt write-off activities to keep our financial records clean and accurate.

• Performing essential month-end activities to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Contributing to the development and enhancement of Serrala.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• 2-5 combined years of finance, accounting, customer issue resolution, credit & collection experience

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (Finance or similar majors)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with customer service processes and systems – SAP and Salesforce (or other CRM system)

• Proven by experience knowledge of accounting.
