Position Summary

Oversees the daily warehouse activities and ensures efficient, accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of products.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily warehouse operations including, receiving, storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Leads and motivates a team, ensuring optimal labor allocation to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Enforces compliance with standard operating procedures, organizational policies, and safety regulations.
• Oversees inventory accuracy through routine audits, cycle counts, and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate performance reports.
• Conducts onboarding and continuous training to improve team performance and compliance.
• Ensures a safe working environment by upholding safety standards and promptly reporting and addressing incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Software.
