About the role
Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is excited to announce an upcoming Virtual Career Fair for candidates interested in joining our team as a Data Collection Center (DCC) Interviewer supporting the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) located in Kansas City, Missouri. This is an in-office position.
We are seeking motivated professionals with strong call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively leverage call center technologies to support data collection efforts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to improving operational efficiency and respondent engagement.
Job Details:
- Location: Kansas City, MO 64108
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a.m.–4:30p.m. CST
- Work Arrangement: This is an onsite position and is not remote.
- Interviewer 1: $20.53 per hour + Health and Welfare (H&W) $5.09 per hour.
