Systems/Business Analyst

OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking a Systems/Business Analyst to support an application delivery program for our client. The successful candidate must understand and document requirements, dependencies and constraints for this program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation.
• Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work across distributed teams.
• Experience working within Agile software development environment.
• Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation.
• Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members.

Desired:

• Lean six sigma certification
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)

All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
