Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other. </strong><strong>Join in and feel the difference.</strong><br/> <br/> The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>As part of an international team, you will support us during your internship in the implementation of the global process landscape of the automotive electronics semiconductor operations division of Bosch and cooperate with our partners in our global semiconductor network.</li><li>In addition, you will support us in the definition, development, and implementation of business processes of the global semiconductor division and analyze the business processes along the global supply chain for efficiency together with the specialist departments.</li><li>You will demonstrate the potential of data-driven and automated business processes and implement first practical examples with BPMN and CMMN as well as automation solutions.</li><li>In various sub-projects, you will assist us in the definition as well as documentation of processes by organizing and moderating meetings for this purpose and supporting the specialist departments in their implementation.</li><li>You will design and develop process training courses and introduce them in a target group-oriented manner.</li><li>Within the scope of projects and process analyses, you will work together with all global functions and partners of the semiconductor operations division.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Master studies in the field of Business Informatics, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> competent handling of MS Office, ideally first experience in business process modelling (BPMN, CMMN) and knowledge of supply chain management or operations management as well as a high affinity for IT (e.g. Bots, Python Coding), data analysis and tools</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice:</strong> strong communication skills, team player, independent and structured way of working, reliable and goal-oriented</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>open mindset and visionary thinking as well as interest in interdisciplinary and international contacts</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>fluent in English and ideally good in German</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Start:</strong> according to prior agreement<br/> <strong>Duration:</strong> 6 months</p><p>Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
