Mission Contribution:
Leads daily operations of all Attended Donation Centers (ADCs) in Alabama and Florida to ensure donor satisfaction, mission-focused service, and efficient processing of donations. Supports donation growth and operational excellence through frontline leadership and staff development.
Function:
The ADC Manager provides operational oversight and staff support for all ADC locations across Alabama and Florida. This position supervises ADC Team Leads and Donation Attendants, manages scheduling, ensures operational standards, and delivers consistent training for team success.
Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).
• Oversee daily operations of all ADCs in Alabama and Florida, ensuring consistent service quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Supervise ADC Team Leads and Donation Attendants, offering coaching, direction, and performance support.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all sites.
• Train all ADC staff on safety, donation processing standards, and world-class donor service.
• Audit ADC locations for compliance with Goodwill standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supply channels to ensure all ADCs are stocked and fully operational.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational issues at donation sites, resolving escalated concerns as needed.
• Travel frequently between Alabama and Florida locations to maintain direct site engagement and support.
• Prepare performance reports and site evaluations for submission to the Director of Donated Goods Growth and Logistics.
• Support community donation events and outreach efforts as assigned.
• Regular attendance as required by Goodwill's attendance policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
