About the Account Executive Position

In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving Stairwell's growth and securing customer success with your expertise in security and SaaS sales. You'll leverage your strategic thinking and cybersecurity acumen to solve complex issues and enhance our B2B footprint. We achieve this by understanding, engaging in meaningful conversation, and offering informed advice.

Account Executive Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential business opportunities through direct relationships with buyers, with channel partners, and with strategic technical solution partners.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the cybersecurity industry.
• Leverage product demos to identify and cultivate business opportunities, 
• Evangelizing Stairwell’s flagship product.

Account Executive Qualifications

• Deep understanding and technical proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and landscape.
• Proven B2B sales record in cybersecurity to C-Level and across Security, IT, and business unit stakeholders
• Exceptional skills in understanding client needs and communicating complex ideas
• Ability to pivot meetings vs. staying on script
• Experience in a hypergrowth/startup environment

Additional Information: Minimum Salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + commission + equity + benefits.
