Process Expert - Service Level Management/ Global Service&Support (m/f/d)

 

Your tasks

• As an SLM Junior Process Expert (m/f/d), you will support the operational implementation of Service Level Management topics within the ITSM context.

• You have the opportunity to actively participate in the development and conception of processes and to take responsibility there

• You support our colleagues (m / f / d) in project management as well as in the daily business

• You participate in the consultation of our process in the entire group of companies

• You support our team with tasks in various interface areas such as Incident Management or Escalation Management

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics or similar courses of study and would like to apply the knowledge you have already gained in practice

• You enjoy exploring new complex relationships and gaining experience in challenging projects

• It sounds exciting to you to consider different points of view and requirements and to think in terms of processes

• You have good analytical, conceptual skills and a talent for communication

• You are very confident in using MS Office and Google Workspace

• You have good spoken and written skills in German and English
