Manager* Global Quality Assurance Operations Laboratories (iVAC) 

 

The Manager* Global Development QA Operations Laboratories supports in the implementation of a proactive, risk-based Laboratory Quality System for the IVAC laboratories functions in alignment with company policies and procedures and applicable international regulations and guidelines.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

• Support the implementation of the risk-based laboratory operations approach for IVAC laboratories in alignment with bioanalytical laboratories
• Perform trainings and continuous education on relevant regulations and QA processes within the team and relevant functional departments
• Manage Quality Processes like Deviations, CAPA measures, Changes and Risk Assessments and provide guidance on day-to-day questions
• Ensure Quality Oversight for all IVAC Laboratories (incl. Bioinformatics)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to execute the company & department strategy
• Author and contribute to the creation of quality procedural documents and instructions

 

What you have to offer:

 

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy or equivalent (university degree or completed vocational training as a scientific technical assistant or comparable)
• Significant relevant experience in quality management/ quality assurance preferably in clinical laboratories, typically gained over a minimum of 3 years in the industry
• Ability to be agile and effectively collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Computer literacy, knowledge in the use of common computer systems and software as well as electronic quality management systems
• Deep interest or first knowledge of lab work in molecular biology, biosample management and/or bioinformatics
• Highly flexible, pragmatic and supportive way of working
• Ability to work within a team and in interdisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge in German and English (written and spoken)
