You will work out of the VELUX headquarters in Hørsholm and become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) function and You can expect to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.

You will be joining the People & Leadership Development team within our P&O Development department also covering areas such as Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management & Development, Organisational Review & Design, People Engagement, Global Employer Branding and Digital Collaboration.

The atmosphere in the team is informal yet driven, with an emphasis on ensuring a positive team spirit and positive results.

Key responsibilities

As a Senior People Development Consultant, you will become a key player in developing and driving our people development agenda to further build an inclusive culture and support our growth ambitions, in cooperation with senior management and stakeholders across the organization.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Analyse the business development needs to identify relevant development solutions exploring and utilizing new digitalization technologies
  • Orchestrate the development and execution of selected global blended learning initiatives in close collaboration with the business and your colleagues in P&O to ensure we deliver a word-class learning experience
  • Oversee several projects and be responsible for defining the project scope and the key deliverables
  • Play a key role developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted and scalable development solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and execute various training programs both face-to-face and virtually.

Who we are looking for

The deal candidate will hold a Master’s degree within a relevant field, alongside solid experience designing, developing and implementing competence development programs.

You are solution-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and a approach to improving and adjusting current learning methods and have a deep understanding of future learning solutions.

You enjoy working independently, as well as together with colleagues in the team and take an active role in teamwork.

Furthermore, you:

  • Can communicate and develop relationships with stakeholders across all levels to explore and understand their business challenges and development needs, in order to develop and deliver quality experiences for our participants
  • Demonstrate experience/interest with utilizing new digital opportunities and offerings, and designing innovative solutions that are blended, agile, and scalable
  • Possess strong project management skills and can independently plan and facilitate activities and workshops
  • Are proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience from working in a global organisation is an advantage.
