Pay: $35,760 - $44,700 /YR

We are seeking a skilled Wood Floor Maintenance/Replacement Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of wood floor care within our client facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of wood floor maintenance, restoration, and replacement techniques. This position requires a proactive approach to floor care, team management, and client relations.

Job Overview

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the wood floor maintenance team.
• Train staff on proper wood floor care techniques, including cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs.
• Oversee the assessment of wood floors for damage or wear and determine the appropriate restoration or replacement needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to wood floor care and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of wood floors at various sites to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all wood flooring surfaces to ensure optimal appearance and longevity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in wood floor maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and replacement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in janitorial services.
• Ability to operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment.
