Caregiver – Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, MA

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers to provide in-home senior care services in Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities, companionship, and household assistance. This is a full-time position with consistent hours available, especially in rural service areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organization)
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required (travel between towns may be needed)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
