About the Role:
The SVP, Brand Marketing will lead the charge in making Tubi a household name. This isn’t just about ads and promos, it’s about staying true to our brand identity, breaking through, and keeping us in the cultural zeitgeist. At Tubi we put our viewers first, and this role will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to drive audience engagement, viewer growth, and brand love. This executive role involves overseeing brand campaigns, audience insights, creative development, programming promotion, social media, brand partnerships, and cross-platform marketing efforts to differentiate Tubi in the streaming landscape.
This hybrid role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and can be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City.
What You'll Do:
Set the Brand Strategy & Value Prop Positioning:
- Evolve Tubi’s brand identity to deepen awareness and emotional connection with a diverse set of audience cohorts.
- Use audience research and data to deeply understand viewer behavior, brand health, and cultural trends.
- Develop breakthrough campaigns that amplify Tubi’s unique value in the streaming space.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, entertainment trends, and audience behaviors to inform brand and product positioning.
Content & Creator Go-To-Market:
- Lead the development of 360-degree marketing initiatives across digital, social, TV, OOH, experiential, partnerships and product for brand and content initiatives.
- Partner closely with growth marketing, creative, content, creator, product, and publicity teams to ensure campaigns drive awareness and viewer growth. Align brand identity with original and licensed programming.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize impact.
Consumer Engagement:
- Create innovative, buzz-worthy activations that drive brand love and viewer acquisition.
- Lead social media and influencer marketing strategies to foster engagement and fuel fandom
- Ensure Tubi stays ahead of the curve with bold, unexpected brand moments.
Champion Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Work cross-functionally with product, content, growth, and broader FOX to align brand efforts with company goals.
- Drive relationships with agency partners to ensure we deliver the highest quality of work, on time, and on budget.
- Collaborate with B2B marketing on deeper value-added partnerships for our clients.
Your Background:
- 15+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in streaming, media, or consumer tech.
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling, digital marketing, social media, product marketing, and audience insights.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and nurturing agency relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive media landscape.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
