What You’ll Do:
-
Responsible for ensuring relevant safety and regulatory information about the raw materials used in products or packages are available.

Reviewing formulations of consumer products – must check to ensure they are correct, add up to 100%, and review of reaction chemistry

Updating information to correct form and/or communicating to client groups to notify them of necessary updates

Specific tasks will include requesting documentation from suppliers, reviewing documents that are received and searching supplier websites for relevant information.

Once documents are available, they are to be scanned (as needed) and posted to our central site and that the necessary information from those documents is entered into the System of Record in a structured way that meets the needs of our global organization.

Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
-
BS in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline.

Excellent computer skills- (Excel, Word, learning new databases/software)

Strong attention to detail and proficient problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
-
Requires ability to work collaboratively with several groups to compile the data into and understandable format

Ability to summarize the data to ensure no mistakes are made
