• You’ll be based in our Boston office, and collaborating with our teams globally

Overview of Role

• Assist in the coordination of communications and partner engagement activities

• Support project tracking and help streamline internal processes for improved efficiency

• Help organize governance meetings and prepare materials for team discussions

• Build internal relationships across State Street to support collaborative efforts

• Conduct basic analytical research and assist in preparing reports for Product Innovation

• Collaborate with team members across geographies and time zones

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual eager to learn about asset management and strategic execution. The ideal Co-Op should bring:

• A strong interest in the asset management industry, including Investment Management and ETFs

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

• A proactive attitude and attention to detail

• Prior exposure to Salesforce is a plus, but not required
