This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a P58 Project Management Office – Communications and Change Management Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Support & advice project leadership regarding change management initiatives for North American P58 deployment

  • Lead the change management activities within the Local Deployment Team Project Management Organization for North America P58 deployment

  • Drive and align measures with local Line organization managers for their respective areas of responsibility.

  • Ensure and lead the close collaboration between P58 and adjacent initiatives’ change management measures in close alignment with project leads and nominated change management responsible parties

  • Embed best practices from previous deployments for application in North America.

  • Develop metrics and measurements for change management effectiveness to support regular status communication. 

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans for the area of Communications and Change Management

  • Ensure proper communication for change impacts to countries during all roll-out deployment phases

  • Support the organization of knowledge transfer sessions in alignment within Local and Global P58 Communities

  • Superior facilitation and presentation skills

  • Superior interpersonal skills and strong team player with interest working across zones/ borders and cultures expected

  • Experience leading change management efforts

  • Project management experience
     

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • 8-10 years of experience highly preferred

  • Dedicated experience with SAP and Financial Systems

  • Willing to travel up to 20%

The base pay range for this position is:

$169,580 - $233,178

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
