Job Description

• Responsible for assisting supervisors in day to day operations.
• Reviewing and monitoring processes
• Delegating work to associates
• Monitoring and assuring department is clean and organized (6S)
• Performing coaching and training when needed
• Holding daily departmental meetings
• Monitoring daily and future work and making needed system changes when needed
• Must be willing to assist in the pulling, wrapping, staging and loading of orders
• Will be require to monitor and advise if any orders exceed LTL requirements
• Communicating with other departments Leads and or Supervisors
• Must be able to work with multiple warehouse management systems

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.  Math proficient and RF terminal experience. 
• Knowledgeable of order flow processes as well as customer requirements, conveyors, computers and powered equipment is needed.
• Active Problem solver for both systems and process related issues.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to know and communicate effectively with all audiences and to behave in a manner that supports the organization’s ethics and business values.
• The person we seek will have the ability to understand and comply with regulatory requirements as they relate to employment labor laws.
