Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas, contributing directly to the growth of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany with hubs in <strong>Cologne, Berlin </strong>or being based in our Dutch Headquarters in Sevenum.</p><p> </p><p>In this role, you'll lead <strong>end-to-end recruiting</strong>, from candidate selection, <strong>sourcing</strong> on LinkedIn to interviewing, and collaborating on impactful recruiting projects. Your expertise in data-driven recruiting will be essential for refining and enhancing our hiring processes.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct <strong>full-cycle recruitment</strong> for roles in departments including but not limited to <strong>product development, engineering, and retail media</strong>, ensuring top talent aligns with our company’s needs.</li><li>Actively <strong>source candidates</strong> on platforms like <strong>LinkedIn</strong>, building a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.</li><li>Use recruiting data to <strong>analyze</strong> and refine our hiring strategies, identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Guide hiring managers in <strong>interview best practices</strong> and support them throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Engage in additional <strong>recruitment projects</strong> to innovate and elevate our talent acquisition strategies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Several years of experience</strong> in recruiting across different deparments with focus on product development, engineering, sales and retail media roles.</li><li>Deep understanding of the German market, including a network of contacts across the country.
