We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and analytics application development. From ideation, architecting, developing, testing, implementing, selling, delivering, and maintaining applications and solutions, this role requires a Consulting and Product mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Build analytics applications to collect, process, and analyze large sets of data that support decision making in contact center and customer experience contexts
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data storage solutions for Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage, integrating them with 3rd party sources and systems of record
• Build analytical insights and dashboards with Genesys Cloud Data
• Work with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to identify and solve business problems through data-driven insights
• Continuously improve data quality and accuracy through data cleansing and validation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product development, product management, or consulting
• 5+ years direct experience with Genesys Engage Infomart or GCXI; strong understanding of Contact Center and Customer Experience data and metrics
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, data visualization, and programming
• Strong Experience with Node.js, AWS Lambdas, Restful API's
• Experience with cloud platforms - AWS
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data engineering
• Familiarity with scripting languages for data engineering
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Elastic Search
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Snowflake and AWS
• Experience with data governance and data management best practices.
• Experience working with remote engineering teams
• Familiar with software development and project management frameworks
• Experience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$99,000.00 - $194,300.00
