U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Product Manager, Merchant Payment Services (MPS) (multiple positions) in Jacksonville, FL

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-insights-driven products and solutions by analyzing structured data using analytical techniques.
  • Design, develop, and implement data analytics framework to analyze authorization, dispute, and interchange cost data for customers.
  • Convert data analysis and model results into interactive Power BI dashboards for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate repeated transitions and establish business rules framework to improve authorization approval rate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and VISA on data reconciliation to ensure a smooth transition from VISA to MPS data platform.
  • Work with chargeback and downgrade teams to develop product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build generative AI chat bots on the MPS data platform to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions for authorization and interchange cost optimization.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, or a related occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1. Python programming, machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. 2. Composing SQL queries for managing relational database data. 3. Data science, quantitative analysis, data engineering, and probability and statistics. 4. Docker, Azure, Kubernetes service, Git, and Jira. 5. Tableau and Power BI. 6. Building generative AI using large language model.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $109,450 - $127,000 (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).
