We’re looking to add a dynamic Manager, Client Services to our PayNearMe team. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Merchant Services.
Job Description
Management
- Lead and manage a high-performing Merchant Services team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Recommend and implement process improvement to create efficiency
- Hiring and onboarding of all new team members across verticals
Key Responsibilities
- New Merchant Implementations - Work with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Project Management team in solution design and technical implementation of the PayNearMe platform, including data integration, configuration, acceptance testing, and deployment.
- Exisitng Merchant Expansions - Work with Account Management and Project Management teams to expand existing merchant's use of the PayNearMe platform by adding new products, features, payment methods, and channels.
- Internal Teams - Work with Product Management on upcoming releases, features, and product offerings.
- System setup, configuration, data integration, testing, and migration of the Merchant's solution from the PayNearMe Sandbox to Production
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Experience with technical and partner implementations
- Experience with web based and native mobile integrations
- Experience working with enterprise software deployments where a host system or 3rd party vendor is involved
- Practical experience with web, API, and file-based implementations and working in complex software environments moving data between disparate systems is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, technical background (Computer Science/Engineering/Math), or equivalent work experience is required
- 5+ years of experience in software pre-sales or implementation functions.
- Managerial experience a plus
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with software platforms, web/mobile applications data/API interfaces, etc.
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Past experience in the enterprise software and/or payments space is an advantage but not a firm requirement
- Understanding of and desire to work with HTML, XML, JSON, Javascript, APIs at a technical level

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000
